Doug founded Vital Industrial Solutions in 2015.
Doug earned an M.B.A (Finance), along with undergraduate degrees in Economics & Commerce, and Professional Certificates in Contract Negotiation & Project Management.
Outside of work Doug enjoys spending time with his wife and two kids, coaching and playing many sports, and playing his acoustic guitar.

Steve has been with Vital since its inception in 2015. Steve is a Chartered Professional Accountant and has a Bachelor’s Degree in Science from the University of Toronto.
As the CFO of the company, Steve is responsible for the accurate and timely preparation of financial reports and analyses, banking and funding of our operations, tax planning and compliance, risk management, all administrative functions and assisting the CEO with organizational structure and, development and execution of the strategic direction of the company.
Steve has held senior finance and management positions with companies involved in real estate development and management, healthcare and provision of services and industrial equipment to the petrochemical industry.
Outside of work Steve enjoys spending time with my family and friends, playing golf and travelling.

Mike has been with Vital since July, 2021 and has a degree in Business Administration from Ryerson University. Mike is responsible for the financial functions and controls across the organization. Insuring accurate and timely reporting for financial statements and related schedules. Outside of work Mike enjoys music, sports and exploring nature.

Heath has been an integral part of the Vital team since 2019, serving as the Sales Regional Manager responsible for overseeing operations across the USA. Heath boasts a comprehensive background in various technical disciplines, including ASME PCC1 Qualified Bolting, Ultra Sonics, and on-site machining, with extensive experience in Oil & Gas service companies, complemented by his formal education at ABC Trade School.
Heath's professional journey encompasses a diverse range of roles, including a Machinist , U.S. Specialty Service Manager , and Vice President of Operations. His multifaceted experiences have equipped him with a profound understanding of the industry.
Outside of his professional pursuits, Heath finds solace in activities such as deer hunting, often sharing these cherished moments with his son and father.
Heath's dedication and passion for cultivating success are evident in his track record of successfully launching and expanding businesses and service lines. He has orchestrated these achievements with three separate companies, all of which continue to thrive and expand annually. At Vital, Heath relishes the opportunity to spearhead the establishment of new locations and contribute to the sustained growth of the organization.

Waddah's illustrious career as a marketing professional spans various industries, including Oil & Gas, Biotechnology, and FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods). Some of his notable career highlights include holding management positions at the following companies:
Waddah holds a Certified Sales & Marketing Professional (CSMP) certificate from the Sales & Marketing Certification Institution and also possesses undergraduate degrees in Economics.
Waddah enjoys spending time with his wife and their two cats. He loves being outdoors, whether it’s going for a hike, taking a relaxing walk, or joining a friendly game of soccer.
Dayle joined Vital Tools in 2021, bringing expertise to her role as the Health and Safety Manager. With a Bachelor's Degree in Health and Safety Training, coupled with First Aid Training, Dayle is committed to ensuring a secure and healthy workplace for all.
In her pivotal role at Vital, Dayle manages HSA & Logistics Operations, overseeing shipping and receiving procedures. Her prior experience includes successful management of a lumber yard, which has equipped her with a deep understanding of operational logistics and safety protocols.
Beyond her professional endeavors, Dayle enjoys quality time with friends and family, indulging in reading, and adventurous travels.

Ryan started working at Vital in 2022. As the Shop and Production Manager Ryan is tasked with working with our team and vendors/suppliers to meet Vital Tool’s customers’ demands in a timely manner.
Ryan’s previous work experience includes 25 years managing teams that develop, build and run Oil and Gas Drilling Rigs.
Outside of work Ryan spends the summer months enjoying time with family and friends at his trailer in Northern Ontario. He also enjoys spending time in his Shop creating and fabricating unique and one off things.

Ashiq has been with Vital since May 2021 and has a bachelor’s in technology, from, MG University India and a Post Graduate Diploma in Project Management from Lambton College in Sarnia. Ashiq is solely responsible for all Vital Industrial Solutions business systems implementations, function evaluations, changes, and maintenance.
Outside of work Ashiq enjoys playing games.

Eddie joined Vital Industrial Solutions in April 2024, based at our Climax shop in Deer Park, Texas. His responsibilities encompass overseeing day-to-day operations, including service, repair, refurbishment, inventory control, supply procurement, and generating quotes. Additionally, Eddie is dedicated to nurturing existing client relationships while actively seeking opportunities to expand our customer base
Outside of work, Eddie is a devoted single father to his thirteen-year-old daughter, Isabella. He finds fulfillment in culinary pursuits and maintaining a tidy home environment. During his leisure time, Eddie prioritizes fitness, engaging in calisthenics and adhering to a healthy lifestyle.

John has been with Vital since 2019 and manages the Sulphur Shop, John’s duties include Managing the shop staff, servicing and repairing equipment, quotes, orders and maintenance.
Outside of work John enjoys spending time with family and friends, riding his side-by-side, building and fixing things around the home as well as automotive repair.
“I enjoy the variety of task any given day can bring, Learning how to take apart and repair new equipment. I am an out of the box thinker so I enjoy making things work when most say it cannot be done. There is often another solution most people can not see.”
Duane Ryan is an experienced business professional with over 10 years in the industry. He holds an Associate's degree from Illinois Valley Community College and a Business degree with a focus in Operations and Information Management from Northern Illinois University.
Duane joined Vital in 2025 as Senior Director of Business Development, Canada, bringing a wealth of expertise in project management, business development, sales, procurement, and logistics. He prides himself on integrity, honesty, and a deep passion for customer service.
Outside of work, Duane enjoys spending quality time with his family at the rink and on the baseball field, as well as exploring the outdoors on his quad and camping with loved ones.

With over two decades of experience in the industry, Eric Reaux brings a wealth of expertise to his role as Regional Manager at Vital Industrial Solutions. He previously worked at Hydratight for 11 years and Universal Plant Services for 12 years, specializing in field machining, technical bolting, ultrasonics, heater rods, line isolation and weld testing, as well as stud removal tools.
Outside of work, Eric enjoys spending time with his wife and kids, staying physically active at the gym, participating in CQB training, shooting sports, drumming, and BMX racing.
Kyle joined Vital with more than 23 years of experience in mechanical construction, maintenance, and turnaround operations across the oil, gas, and power sectors. His background includes leading major projects involving torquing, tensioning, hydrotesting, cold cutting, and exchanger work, with a strong focus on safety, teamwork, and delivering quality results.
Throughout his career, Kyle has supervised crews on large industrial sites including Shell, Trans Mountain Pipeline, CNRL Horizon, ATCO Power, and several processing facilities across Western Canada. His leadership style is hands-on, solution-driven, and centered on supporting both customers and field teams.
Outside of work, Kyle enjoys camping, quadding, hunting, and traveling with his two daughters. He is also passionate about classic cars and drag racing, spending his spare time building and restoring vehicles.
